PERSONAL TRAINING
Here you will receive one on one training with a customized program. Sessions start at $50
YOUTH TRAINING
Classes will be held at the North Forestville Community Center.
FITNESS CLASSES
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30pm at the Sports and Learning Complex in Landover,MD. Classes are $10. Contact for more details.
GROUP TRAINING
Minimum of 3 people for group training. Prices to be discussed
